last entry for the enemies, the guy on the left, he is called Eazy Head Shot:p and he's a grunt, the lowest rank in the troops. and the one next to it, it's....errrr...wimpo? since he used the girl as a shield...sometimes life is not fair.

Mechs

Talking about mechs, this is the piece for the enemy squad I promised before, its funny how I got the Idea for the female mech, i saw a portrait of Siamese twins, so I think I can use it for unique mech design.it's 2 am in the morning, and still 3 pieces more to go, n I'm off for awhile for concepts, since i have commissioned illustrations to work on next week.enjoy

Quick Env.#1

2 am in the morning n I just finished doing my 2nd piece for the env. Finally I figured out how I can use certain texture n strokes to create "illusion" of depth. Thanks to guys at bungie and their tutorial. Hopefully I can do the next ones better n faster. I think I'm going to light up the shadow abit, since it's too heavy.....mmm Bioshock cool......

week 4?

Tough week though, lots of temptation from my newbuddy, ladies n gentlemen, please meet mr. XBOX 360! geeezzz, this thing took away lots of my time=_=. Well I'm the one to blamed for not controlling my "desire", Viva Master Chief! (halo 3) oh, n next week I 'm just gonna add a space ship design n some env.s n if I have time I'll do the "ALbinoid troops" (the bad guys henchmen). STOP PLAYING HALO 3!KUKUT!!!!!!

2nd week entry. try some new things like texture and play a bit with layers. mmm those grilled prawns still ringing in my ears...I mean my tongue..

Grilled shrimp and Pepercorn crab for dinner

doodle based on Andrew Jones'. 46 min of experimenting, surprisingly fast and interesting. Photoshop using stamp, clone, layers, edges n feelings...shrimp feeling right now. Sorry for pok lover, I just found out another rival for it, grilled shrimp and peppercorn crab with garlic noodle.Enjoy!

chariot of god week 1

there u go 5 days of work, just vehicles and mechs. I just used gray scale to show form since I tried to save the colors for characters next week.....cmon.....3 more weeks to go.....ugh....still long wayyyyyyy....need pok chop to fire up!

zzzzzz.... so sleepy.....15 hours of painting? geeezzz....cmon I'm still a human.. need some pok chop to fire me up. Anyway, that's just the teaser for the thing I'm working on, I'll post some later after a week, so it comes up more with stuffs.zzzzzzzz (photoshop by the way)

Norse Myth and The Original sins

Some old sketches with pen brush (fude pen). First it was frustrated to handle the brush stroke, since it's very hard to move on the (rough) paper surface, until I learned u have to go with the flow.... don't get stuck. Anyway, the characters are Odin (old guy) , Loki (the horned guy), and Thor (the bald gay) oo and don't forget the noble steed! Sleipnir! the 8 legged horse (doesn't make any sense, but it's cool)
The "baking room" still in progress for the space theme...will be ready in a month, full colors and full of pok! since I have to make it fast, I think I will stick with Photoshop. Man, it's taking awhile to upload the pic...

Talking about liking, it's so complicated....I missed nearly two days to do my drawings just for two things I love the most: Art and Pok. For art, I went to meet a guest artist at our school, Jon Foster(oooh) so I have to stop drawing and attend the presentation, actually not too bad, he's fun. this morning, he had demo, so I couldn't draw either..but it more worthed. For pok, my friend asked me to have dinner at Spicy girl ( be wary, it involves addictive foods) so I felt sleepy afterword.... and I can't draw. But I learn something, if u love something, u have to make a sacrifice at least....

It crossed my mind to give the characters unusual names, let's say: pochenko?(sorry Ed, but look the bright side, ur "russian" name sounds cool:D) , Iwan (my future pet name, Indonesian name), Siagian (my fav. food above all, off course it's pok),etc. "what is a name?...."- W.Shakespear-

And by accident, I found a way to use graphite powder so it can act like vine charcoal by diluting it in lighter's fluid and wipe it over using chamois and ear bud. Life is beautiful....

anyway, it's time for me to move on (my teacher's famous quote) to digital paintings and charts, since I've what I want so far. waiting for my bubble tea delivered...so hungry....

The spring of Cherry Blossom

Hi guys,

my first entry on my blog. well actually many of my friends suggest me to use blog to get a very quick and effective way of showcase ur works. At first I don't trust what they said, but after I had many problems with my website, especially managing it, I consider their thought.

So here is my first entry..nude girl as usual (I love fig. painting) this was done in Painter, Artrage (I love this software) and photo shop. basically I laid down all the strokes in Artrage, and painter helps me bring out the texture I want to show in some areas. and Photoshop, off course, to edit pic (cropping, etc). But so far I want to try the look of oil painting in ARtrage, since I was inpired by the guy name Titov (concept artist) since he use the same software.

Anyway, enjoy, and I'm working on more things. More to come! and Questions and Comments r most welcome here, to help me get better. Thanks.
